The test of a design system is not whether it ships. It is what still stands once the people who built it have moved on.
Three went in since 2022, under conditions with nothing in common: My PT Hub rebuilt from the foundations up, ClubWise built from scratch and now the base of the Evolution Project, and an integrated system across ClubOS and ASF delivered to a three-month deadline. That integration was parked when the businesses were acquired. ClubOS still runs on the system.
The newest layer is not a design system at all: both product brands now exist as Claude skills, applied while the work is being made rather than checked afterwards.
