A personal trainer's business is their voice: the way they chase, praise and correct a client is the thing being paid for. Automating the writing puts an AI in that voice, under their name, which is a trust problem long before it is a feature. So the behaviour came first: what it can send on its own, what has to be approved, and how it holds a tone that is not its own. The interface came second.
